How we help Brokers

Brokerage features activate in company workspaces for rent and sale broker goals, gated on your firm’s real estate brokerage registration in Sumiba—the same model described in our product architecture for licensed broker operators.

  • Broker-focused navigation — Listings, People, Tours, and team chat in the app shell—aligned to brokerage pipeline work, not a generic discovery home screen.
  • CRM on your roster — Contacts and listing engagements scoped to your brokerage company via the broker people APIs—party graph and connections stay tenant-bound.
  • Chrome extension — Side panel with session sync to the web app, broker-initiated capture/import on listing portals, and support for offline HTML handoff where configured (so sensitive portal fetches are not always server-driven).
  • Listing intake — Portal URL and flyer pipelines queue structured work (e.g. Dagster-backed jobs); supported portals follow the product’s import policy as it evolves.
  • Models & tooling — Vision and LLM paths are used where the codebase does (documents, images, chat); sub-processors belong in your privacy disclosures—Sumiba is not a substitute for statutory broker KYC at contract time.

How we help Management Companies

Management workflows use a company workspace for rental-housing portfolio operations, gated on the appropriate management licence—separate navigation and data context from brokerage CRM tabs, even when the same real-world firm holds both registrations.

  • Portfolio-first UI — Management rent-manager goals emphasize properties and portfolio mechanics rather than the broker Listings/People/Tours strip—so teams aren’t forced into the wrong mental model.
  • Company lifecycle — Member access, company verification, branding, and licence checks mirror how the app gates company workspaces today.
  • Data boundaries — Property and listing access in APIs respect workspace goal and company relationships—management-side processing stays in the management context.
  • Tours when relevant — Tour flows are allowed for management goals where the product supports them (e.g. coordinating on-site work without exposing unrelated brokerage CRM).
